HOW TO PUT ON A PLAY AT THE STAGE.
Heres what you need to know to put on a spectacular show:
GET YOUR BUDDIES TOGETHER:
If your hanging out with your buddies , send a postcard inviting your buddies to The Stage. Once you are there, decide what roles everyone will take.
BE AN ACTOR:
Inside the theater you'll see two icons on the bottom right of the page: a costume catalog and a script, in the script you will see the names of the characters in the play, and there lines. choose which role you want to play. If you have membership you could use the costume catalog to outfit yourself for the role. head for the stage and open the script click your lines and you will read them on stage.
BE A DIRECTOR:
Every great production needs a director with a vision. if you like taking charge, go to the costume catalog. players with membership can buy the directors cap. put it on and help guide the actors. you can let them know when to begin and where to stand. (You'll even find lines in the script to give you ideas of what to say!)
BE A STAGEHAND:
Put the special into the special effects of your play by being a stagehand. waddle over to the switchbox 3000. click the buttons and pull the leavers to control the sets, turn on spotlights, and create special effects!
BE AN USHER:
Make sure everyone is seated for the big show. you can escort penguins to their seats and show them how to get into the balcony.
BE IN THE ORCHESTRA:
Buy an instrument in the penguin style catalog if you dont alredy have one and get together with other musicians. Then head to the black area in front of the stage (its called the pit) you can turn any play into a musical by adding an orchestra!
BE A TICKET TAKER:
Oncer you've decided who is doing what you need an audience to watch your fabulous show. If you'd like to be the ticket taker hang out behind the ticket window in the front of the theater. when a penguin approaches ask "would you like a ticket?" or just greet them with a smile. you'll soon have curious penguins lining up to see your play!
RELAX AND ENJOY THE SHOW:
Sit back and be entertained! let other penguins know if you like the show by using your emotions.

BEAN COUNTERS!
being a server in the coffee shop is a great way to help out, but you wont earn any coins pouring coffee for customers. to get a paying job waddle over to the bags of java behind the counter to play Bean counters! You'll be paid in coins to catch the bag of coffee beans as they are tossed from the back of the van and stack them on the platform.
Catch and Carry : You begin each game with three lives. move your mouse left and right to get under each bag and catch it. drop off the bags at the platform by clicking your mouse. dont carry more then five bags at a time or you will collapse under the weight!
Earn Coins : earn points for every bags you catch and drop at the platform. the game has five levels every time you reach a new level you will earn more points for catching and dropping off bags. if you are empty all five trucks you will earn bonus coins!
Avoid Falling Objects : If you get hit by an anvil, fish or flowerpot you will also lose a life. if you lose all your lifes the game ends. but you get to keep the coins you've earned.
